Our Eco-council children invited Dodie Maguire to our school to collect the milk lids we have been collecting as part of our Reduce, Reuse and Recycle Initiative. Dodie donates these milk lids to raise funds for Action Cancer, a really worthy charity. Many thanks to all the children, parents, grandparents and school staff who helped collect the milk lids. We had four bin bags full of lids! And of course thank you to Dodie who took the time to come to our school and talk to the children about recycling. Keela was very proud to see her Grandad in school helping the Eco-council.
